Office Options to renovate office block

A global resources and energy company selected Office Options to renovate, upgrade and customise their new office block in Stockton. The 13,000 sq ft building is to be given a thorough refurbishment including:

• removing walls
• repairing and making good to walls and ceilings
• installation of new solid stud partitioning
• service & validation to current HVAC system
• re-working existing electrical circuits
• installing new electrical and data sockets and floor boxes
• interior decorating
• flooring works

Office Options will be completing the renovation by giving the building a full internal clean before  installing furniture and handing over to the client.
